When the property is ready to be let out and before a new tenant moves a property inventory report is completed. This protects both landlord and tenant with the knowledge that the property has been checked by an impartial third party. A report is produced with photographic evidence and a clear description on the condition of the property and any furnishings provided within the lease for use by the tenant.
When the tenant is moving in or out of a rental property.
The inventory clerk will walk through the property and write a Check In/Check Out Report. The tenant signs and confirms acknowledgement.
During the tenancy an interim inspect of the property is required to ensure best practise property management and that no damages have occurred. We would recommend this is completed every 6 months to ensure that you are happy for the tenancy to continue, and that the property is being maintained accordingly..
